Bookings and Availability

We are a dedicated detox retreat center offering our programs all year.

As we are a small retreat our receptionist is available to answer your calls personally between 9.00am - 7.00pm Monday through to Friday, and Saturday 10.00am - 3.00pm Hawaii Time. If you call outside these hours you may get our answer machine, however leave us your phone number and the best time to contact you to have your call returned.

Payments

To ensure your reservation, payment should be received at least one month before your retreat begins. If you wait until the last minute to reserve your space through payment, the retreat may be full. Please call ahead to ensure space is available before sending payment. Thank you!

We accept payments by cash or credit card. Cash payments, in the form of Check, Money Order, Cashier's Check, or Traveler's Check.

Credit Card payments may be made over the telephone or by using the "Buy It Now" buttons on the Rates and Resort page.

Gift Vouchers

Our Gift Vouchers are available all year round. 

Why not treat your friends, family or loved one to some of our pampering or detoxing treatments.  Ideal for birthdays, anniversaries, Mother's Day, Father's Day or just a way of saying "thank you".

Our vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Please note Gift Vouchers may be exempt from certain special offers or packages.

Refunds, Gifting and Cancellations

If we have to cancel a retreat, all pre-paid reservations will be refunded in full immediately.

Cancellations that are made before 31 days before the retreat start date will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 31 days before the retreat start date will not receive a refund.

You can change the dates of the detox retreat before 31 days of the retreat start date with no additional charge.  Just let us know. Your deposit can be used up to 6 months from date of purchase.

Booking for any retreat requires a full payment 60 days before arrival date.

Please be considerate and give us as much advance cancellation notice as you can.
A lot of planning goes into each retreat, and it will help us immensely. Thank you!
